The VA has established a new, national, toll free number 1-844-MyVA311 or
1-844-698-2311. Veterans and their families can call to get routed to the right
place more efficiently.

Veterans, family members, and VA staff can call this # to locate a VA Medical
Center, Benefits Office, National Cemetery, or for general information about
housing, healthcare, employment, education, and/or finances.

According to the VA, “This is the # to call when you don’t know what # to call.”

All current VA phone numbers will remain in service. This new toll-free phone
number simply routes callers to them through a comprehensive, automated
phone directory.
